With the new launch of our Instagram account, we wanted to bridge the gap between the existing online shopping experience and social. Through a third party company, Candid, we integrated an Instagram carousel on our homepage. This carousel fetched images from our own account, as well as tagged images from our customers. To bring more awareness to this and generate more user-generated content, customers were encouraged to post, tag, and enter to win a Bootlegger gift card. This campaign was very successful -- customers are now more engaged with our brand, and the carousel has driven up sales in the eCommerce business. Working alongside the Social Media Marketing Specialist and Marketing Manager, I was in charge of designing the interface of the carousel and gallery page, as well as creating email newsletters and Facebook posts to ensure our followers know of this campaign.
When I joined into the Bootlegger family, I have been assigned to get involved with this BIG project! I was very excited to contribute into this big project by providing advices on improving web architecture for website redesign on desktop, mobile, and mobile app by analyzing user experience and debugging the functionality and the layouts.
In my experience as Graphic Designer at Bootlegger, I consistently provide creative design solutions to solve business problems on a daily basis. Desiging email newsletter would be one of them. On a tight schedule and short timeline with promotions and business plans changing daily, I have been able managed and design appealing email newlstters which drives up Ecom business significantly. Presidents and managers were very impressed such 'impossible deadline' were met and the end products always exceeded their expectations.
